Settling these first saves about three rounds of email.

Yes. Send the photo, key dimensions or the sample itself and we reverse-engineer the parts list, marking what must be customised and what can use an existing specification. This is often cheaper than the customer's own list, because an open tool is cheaper than a new one.
Standard production parts can run as a small batch at a higher price tier. Custom tooling has an economic minimum; below it the tool and setup cost cannot be absorbed. For a new model, trial the market on existing specifications before committing to a tool.
Quotations exclude freight and tax by default, and list them separately. We can quote FOB, CIF or DDP. For a delivered price, send the destination port and estimated volume weight.
The colour chip is signed together with the sample and kept as the sealed reference. Each batch is compared at first article before the run starts; anything outside the agreed range is not released. Long-term clients stay on the same process sheet to avoid drift from line changes.
Yes. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) is welcome with advance notice. Packing list, container plan, material certificates and compliance files — including SASO/SABER shipment certificates — are issued before dispatch as agreed.
For standard parts with steady monthly consumption we can agree safety stock and monthly replenishment, subject to category, turnover and payment terms. Stocking terms are written into the supply confirmation rather than left verbal.

Shipping to the Gulf, Indonesia or Europe

We ship FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou, or CIF to Jeddah, Dammam, Jakarta, Surabaya and major European ports. Saudi imports need SASO conformity through SABER; Indonesian imports of regulated lighting products need SNI. Tell us the destination at inquiry stage and the compliance path is confirmed before production, not at the port.
