The body sells the look; the components decide your return rate and rework cost. We consolidate the Guzhen workshops into one supply line - lamp holders, drivers, metal structures, crystal and glass, smart modules - one BOM sourced together, custom to drawing, mixed small lots, container consolidation.
Unit price is rarely what costs a fixture factory money. A dozen suppliers, colour drift between batches, and lead times that never line up — that is where the margin goes. We keep the high-run parts inside one supply system and match them to your fixture structure.
The Guyi component market, showrooms, stalls and warehouses. Not stock photos - this is where we source and ship from. Come and see it.
Two things a buyer cannot solve alone: the workshop price never reaches you, and no single workshop covers a full BOM. Those two gaps are the whole business.
The same E27 ceramic holder passes an exporter, an importer and a distributor before it reaches you. We connect the Guzhen workshop price directly: material and process set the unit price, quantity sets the tier. The two are quoted separately, so the markup you used to absorb becomes visible.
Twelve parts of one fixture usually span six process types: holders from one shop, drivers from another, die-castings from a third, crystal from a fourth. Any single workshop covers one or two. You cannot finish the order at one, and running six means six colour chips and six delivery dates.
Casting, plating, injection, glass and packing all have workshops inside the town. Change one pendant: drawing in the morning, a production slot by afternoon, a sample the next day - because we hold relationships with several shops, and whoever has capacity takes it.
A few dozen pieces for a new model can run as a mixed lot across categories, priced at the volume tier once the combined quantity clears the threshold. Confirm the design and it moves to volume on the same drawing and process sheet.
Safety and environmental files for drivers, holders and wiring come with the order — ready for CE / RoHS requirements, and for SASO/SABER or SNI when the destination needs them.
Quotation, sampling, revisions, inspection and shipping milestones stay on a single thread. No forwarding the problem to somebody else.
Standard parts are quoted from stock with tiered pricing. Custom parts go through sample approval, so you never discover a fit problem after the run.
Send the fixture BOM, 2D/3D files or a physical sample, with material, finish and the certification your market requires.
Standard parts quoted within 4 working hours. Custom parts come with material alternatives, process feasibility and cost-reduction options.
Samples in 3 days with dimensions, colour chips and measured load and heat data. The signed sample becomes the acceptance standard.
Run to the approved sample. Critical processes are fully inspected and records ship with the goods; partial shipments by container are fine.
Export crating and container loading, with packing list and compliance files. Repeat orders keep the same process sheet, so the colour stays put.
A fixture factory worries about lead time and consistency. A contractor worries about specs and compliance. A trading company worries about documents and container efficiency. An e-commerce seller worries about small lots and how fast a design can change.
Tell us your buying situation| Buyer type | What they need | How we supply |
|---|---|---|
| Fixture factories | Complete kits, stable lead time, batch consistency | BOM-level kitting, optional VMI stocking |
| Projects and contractors | Specs met, certificates verifiable, structural safety | Test reports plus load calculation advice |
| Trading companies | Complete files, container efficiency, mixed lots | CE/RoHS and SASO/SABER files, load optimisation |
| Cross-border e-commerce | Small lots, fast design changes, clean packaging | Low MOQ and 3-day sampling |
A fixture drawing or a parts list is enough. We will mark what can be consolidated, what can be substituted to cut cost, and what has to stay exactly as specified.
