The expensive part of buying components is not the unit price. It is running around a dozen workshops, chasing a dozen lead times and matching a dozen colour chips. That is the work we do instead: one parts list in, one consolidated shipment out, one person to call.
Source, follow up, inspect, consolidate. Every stage has fixed steps and a paper trail, so you can ask where a batch stands at any point.
Your list is broken down to the smallest purchasing unit and matched to the right workshop in the cluster. For each item we compare at least three, and not on price alone - we check spare capacity, whether the tooling already exists, and whether they will take a small run.
After the order we hold first article, colour chip, finishing batch and delivery risk. If a line schedule moves, you hear it that week, not on the ship date.
Incoming, in-process, outgoing. Appearance, dimensions, power-on, plating thickness and load are sampled to the agreed standard. Anything outside it is stopped before it reaches you.
Goods from different workshops merged into a single container, with packing list, container plan, material certificates and compliance files matched to the destination. LCL consolidation works too.
Every gate leaves a record. When a batch goes wrong you can trace it to a specific lot and process step instead of reworking everything.
| Stage | Checked | Standard | Record |
|---|---|---|---|
| Incoming IQC | Material report, dimensions, appearance, plating thickness, electrical parameters | Drawing tolerance / signed sample / standard | Incoming inspection sheet |
| In-process IPQC | First-article approval, critical process patrol, colour comparison | Process card / colour chip | First-article record and patrol sheet |
| Outgoing OQC | Appearance, function, packing, labelling, quantity | AQL sampling standard | Outgoing inspection report |
| Special tests | Salt spray, heat, load, drop, ageing | Customer requirement / destination standard | Third-party or in-house test report |
Electrical parts are judged by CE and RoHS in Europe, by SASO/SABER in Saudi Arabia, by SNI in Indonesia. We assemble the file pack per category so your customs broker and platform review do not stall.
| Document | Categories covered | Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| CE (LVD / EMC) | Drivers, smart modules | PDF plus technical file |
| RoHS / REACH | All categories | |
| SASO / SABER | Drivers, holders, wiring | PCoC and SCoC support per shipment |
| SNI | Drivers, luminaires | Registration support on request |
| Salt spray report | Metal structures | Per batch |
| Material certificate | Metal, crystal, wiring | With the goods |
| Packing list / container plan | Full-container orders | Confirmed before shipment |
The table shows standard document types. Certificates actually held are confirmed at inquiry stage.
Fast sampling, stable volume runs, repeat orders that do not restart from zero — these three decide how much cash sits in your stock and how exposed you are to a stock-out.
We work with your forwarder, or arrange trucking and customs documents ourselves. FCL, LCL and mixed loading supported, with container plan and packing list checked before dispatch.
Approved models keep their process sheet and tooling, so replenishment matches the original. Clients with steady monthly volume can agree stocking and safety stock.
Commercial invoice, packing list, container plan, material certificates and compliance files issued against the agreed terms, timed to your customs broker's schedule.
The sample room is open any working day: colour chips, cross-sections, load test, power-on. We can also walk you through the partner workshops - real lines and live orders, not a showroom.
